Our limited warranty covers manufacturer's defects for 6 months after the original purchase date from our website. This limited warranty covers factory defects, production errors, and if the watch's parts / mechanical component do not work properly. The limited warranty DOES NOT cover water damage, accidental damage to watch components / glass / strap, wear and tear, batteries, scratches, theft, and damage caused by physical impact. To start a warranty claim, please email us with your order number, explanation, and pictures / videos showing the defect / errors.
